The first step to empowering yourself is to take action. Start doing all those things you should be doing, start being proactive, start doing all the things you have always said you wanted to do, and take control of your direction. Try these tips for taking action:
- Realize that someday is today
- Life is short, and it’s easy to let it pass you buy. Realize that you only have limited time to do all the things that make you happy. What are you waiting for?
- Make more decisions
- Sign up for a class, read a book, learn something new, take a trip. Life doesn’t just happen; life is a result of decisions that are made by all of us.
- Identify and remove obstacles
- What has stopped you from living your dreams? Reaching your goals? Really look within and find those obstacles that have held you back and remove them so you can start moving forward.
- Attract more of what you want with positive energy
- The law of attraction means “like attracts like”. If you have positive feelings, you will attract positive reality (and negative feelings will attract negative reality). So focus on your positive feelings!
- Look at the possibilities
- In order to do this, you will need to start believing in possibilities. The more you tell yourself something isn’t possible, the less likely you will ever take action towards it. Once you start believing, anything is possible.
